Which payment methods are accepted for my order?

We accept credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. We also accept other payment methods such as Paypal and Afterpay. If you do not have access to the payment methods listed please get in touch enquiries@neutriderm.com.au. Incase you wish to order and pay by bank transfer, contact us on enquiries@neutriderm.com.au and we would be able to assist you with this payment method as well.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $30. A flat rate of $10 will be charged on all orders below $30

Can I get a discount?

Yes, just enter your name and email in the subscription form on the homepage, then you will receive an email which contains the latest information from Neutriderm on news, offers and promotions.

Can I choose or exchange the free items I receive with my order?

No, promotional offers are decided by Neutriderm, our offers change from time to time, so keep track of when the item your after is being offered in a promotion.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery times are subject to change due to COVID.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Take a photo and report it to customer service by sending a mail to enquiries@neutriderm.com.au

Is there a way to get information and offers from Neutriderm?

How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by going to “Remember password” on the registration page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I keep getting dandruff. Can I use Anti-Dandruff shampoos for a longer period of time?

Anti-Dandruff shampoos with skin tolerant ingredients, such as Neutriderm Anti Dandruff Shampoo, can be used for a longer period of time. Climbazole doesn’t become less effective against the dandruff when it is used for a longer period of time. Also its skin tolerance was confirmed during the clinical test with the shampoo. The cleansing agents used in Neutriderm Anti Dandruff are extremely mild, which means they don’t dry out or damage your hair and scalp.
